Hortencia Crosby was my moms midwife. I am having trouble as well trying to get my passport. Has anyone found any type of contact to get info of any kind to get Hortencia's license/registration as a midwife. According to the Imigration there was alot of midwives commenting fraud. To my understand she was well known and registered in the Eagle Pass area. Please any info will help. Also Mario no longer has the number listed above.
